Teresa Camino

Teresa Camino studied fine art in both her hometown of Mexico City and in Taxco. She supervised the production of jewelry at the Spratling Ranch in Taxco Viejo until 1984, when she left to work full time on her own designs. She used a fascinating combination of shapes inspired by Mexico’s early architectural forms and cultural iconography. She won numerous awards throughout Mexico and the United States.
