All items are guaranteed to be in perfect condition. You can either call me at my toll free number 877-771-2144 or email me at victoria@hihosilver.com. Shipping charges will be $5 for anything $50 and under and shipped first class US mail. For anything $100 or under, the charge will be $10 and for anything over $100 the charge will be $15 and will be shipped UPS ground insured. Sales tax will apply to CA residents. Returns will be honored if item is returned within 2 weeks of ship date and in the same condition - perfect.
